This letter is long overdue, but I finally had time to sit down to write and send. I wanted everyone at Window world to know how pleased I was with using you for my window and door needs. The customer service I received was outstanding! From calling and speaking to the ladies on the phone to set the appointment to having Mike Rush come to my home to give me a quote to having Jeff Carter and his team do the install to have Ron come by because of a little issue I had after all was said and done everyone was great! Ron even went as far as adding a little knob to my screen door handle to make it easier to grab and open and close. How wonderful! These days you cannot find the customer service I experienced with all the people who I came in contract with at Window world. I appreciated everyone of them. They were all so professional, they answered all my questions and concerns, and the installers cleaned up like they were never even there. I have already recommended Window World to several people. I thank each and ever one of you and will continue to recommend you all.
